    How big is it, actually?

    Roughly 16" wide, 10" tall and 6" deep — about the footprint of a standard couch cushion. Big enough to nap on, small enough to hide when your mother-in-law visits.

    Is this a real pillow or purely a gag?

    Both, and that's the whole point. The foam and plush are the same grade you'd find in a normal decorative pillow. The shape is the joke. The comfort is not.
